This research presents the first comprehensive model for social assessment of alternative fuel vehicles, covering hybrid-electric, battery-electric, and fuel-cell based on their technological, financial, infrastructure aspects. The is adaptable to any country does not require engagement methods, thus producing more objective results. Indicators are assessed case-by-case receive a score from zero five. Lower scores show greater need prioritizing indicator when adopting specific vehicle. A low doesn’t mean impact, but instead emphasizes importance improving relevant particular vehicle technology in studied region. case study conducted Morocco tested model, highlighting superior performance hybrid-electric vehicles score. Although these offer financial profitability, successful adoption relies government’s provision options, reduced purchase costs, improved secondary road infrastructure.
